Tim is a co-founder of the House of Beautiful Business. The An entrepreneur, author, and three-time TED speaker, he is a passionate voice for a humanist future of work. Previously, Tim served as the CMO of NBBJ, a global design and architecture firm. From 2006 to 2013, he was the CMO of the product design and innovation consultancy Frog Design.
Tim’s writing appears in publications such as Harvard Business Review, Fast Company, Forbes, Fortune, Inc., Psychology Today, and Wired. He is a frequent keynote speaker at companies and conferences worldwide and the co-host of the Next Visions podcast. He served on the World Economic Forum’s Global Agenda Council on Values from 2011-2016.
He is the author of the international bestseller, The Business Romantic (Harper Business, 2015), that has been translated into ten languages to date. His new book, Against the Tyranny of the Winners: How We Can Lose Without Being Losers, was published this summer.
