Richard slips into the lives of others.

Richard has been an actor for more than 20 years and works in film, television, theater, and voice-over. His appearances on screen include The Crown and Downton Abbey, and his work on stage has involved numerous appearances in London’s West End and at the National Theatre. 

For the last 17 years Richard has also worked in business as a communication skills coach. His work involves coaching, role play, and facilitation, with a particular focus on feedback. He works globally with many magic circle law firms, three of the big four consultancy firms, and businesses ranging from luxury goods brands to pharmaceutical companies. He is passionate about helping people be more authentic at work, bringing the best version of themselves to their workplace interactions.
