Nadia is a multidisciplinary consultant, emotional intelligence coach, and founder of Alphard, a social design studio based in Bahrain. Her specialties revolve around organizational culture and behavior, innovation, social entrepreneurship, well-being, emotional intelligence, and workshop facilitation.

Before founding Alphard, she worked as an organizational change consultant with SHM Productions in London. She is actively involved in Bahrain’s startup community as a mentor, having mentored teams in Startup Weekend, Fintech Bay’s Sustainability Hackathon, and GEW. In her nonprofit work, she launched Exploring What Matters, a community well-being course with Action for Happiness, for the first time in Bahrain in 2019. She is also co-curator of The Waaw in Between, a platform that facilitates conversations and human connections in Middle Eastern communities that launched at the Nuqat Conference in Kuwait in November 2019.
