Michèle makes grief poetic.

Michèle is an artist, experimental filmmaker, and author. Her poetry films have screened around the world. Her genre-bending experiential art book, Grief Is an Origami Swan, is forthcoming from Michelle Sander Media in late August 2020. 

She works from a log cabin nestled among the rolling hills and river bluffs of the Missouri River in America’s heartland. When she isn't creating art books, she is filming, tending her land art piece the [Poetry Forest], and pressing flowers.
