Marta plays in between Bach and Max Richter.

Marta is a multi-awarded pianist and composer from Barcelona who creates music with classical roots and a contemporary and minimalistic approach. She has just released her new piano album, Anoche, with New York–based label Sonder House, and has been selected as one of the five emerging artists of Slash Program, supported by European Union.

Marta has recently started a new music project with the singer Grauwi (vocalist of The Crab Apples). Their intimate pop draws a vertex of union between two apparently very different styles and in which music and lyrics, delicacy and rawness, and piano and voice converge.
