Jonathan believes every human being deserves to feel truly seen and heard.

As a principal at SYPartners, he channels this mindset into building caring relationships with clients and colleagues.

Since joining SYPartners in 2015, Jonathan has worked alongside executives of Fortune 50 companies, nonprofit organizations, and high-growth start-ups including Gannett, IBM, J.Crew, Kellogg, Oath (now Verizon Media Services), Planned Parenthood, UnitedHealthcare, Wheels Up, and XQ. Additionally, as the discipline chair of the strategy practice, he serves to create safe, joyful spaces for people to grow.

Prior to joining SYPartners, Jonathan spent much of his career in digital product development, helping leaders unearth and embrace the human side of enterprise software design, development, and adoption.
