Jessica Orkin

CEO, SYPARTNERS

New York City

Jessica helps to bring out people’s most vibrant version of themselves.

As CEO of SYPartners, Jessica helps build organizations intentionally designed to pursue both humanity and performance. Since its founding in 1994 in San Francisco, the company has been recognized for its consultative work with leaders, teams, and organizations of Fortune 100 clients. Deliberately sticking to their uncategorizable positioning is what has given SYPartners unique impact for more than 25 years.

Jessica joined SYPartners in 2013 and has worked alongside CEOs at companies including AARP, Airbnb, CVS, Eileen Fisher, Obama Foundation, Ralph Lauren, Starbucks, UnitedHealthcare, and WW (previously Weight Watchers). Previously, she held executive positions at design and consulting firms in the field of global brand strategy and culture change. She began her career in public policy, working with the City of New York, Ford Foundation, and think tanks on educational and economic justice. A graduate of Cornell University, Jessica has attended executive education at Harvard Business School and is a frequent guest lecturer at universities and conferences on bringing radical humanity to strategy and innovation processes. She is also a student of sound meditation, and is inspired by advocates and educators bringing healing and contemplative practices to racial-justice efforts.
