IDA EXPlores all forms of film.

Ida uses a variety of mediums, including video, painting, drawing, written word, and soundscapes, in producing commercial content, narrative fiction, creative nonfiction, or art. She likes to explore themes like life and death, power structures and struggles, gender, neurodiverse mindscapes, and the human condition from different perspectives, and to question, if not break down, the structures of traditional narration. 

Ida is an autodidact artist with formal education in writing and filmmaking from Broby Grafiska (Screenwriting) and the Stockholm Academy of Dramatic Arts (Film Foundation). A multi- and interdisciplinary creative, she joins the Filmmaker-in-Residence program this year.
