Gopi uses AI to transform human experiences.

When Gopi set out to create Myelin Foundry, he had a vision for using AI to transform human experiences and outcomes in wellness and in media and entertainment. Before that, he was the CTO and innovation head of Tata Sons, where he facilitated the development of pioneering products and services, collaboration, and innovation across the $100 billion Tata Group.

Gopi is also the past chairman and managing director of GE India Technology Centre, where he helped grow GE’s largest R&D project, the John F. Welch Technology Centre, to be among the world’s leaders in intellectual property generation. He has also been chairman of the CII National Technology Committee and the CII Western Region Innovation Taskforce. 

Gopi is a GE Certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt. He is the author of SMASH, a book on innovation now in its second edition. He holds a BE degree in electronics engineering from Bangalore University and MS and PhD degrees in electrical engineering from Iowa State University.
