Gana is a senior venture designer and founding partner of forward31, Porsche Digital’s company builder. He loves to tackle big challenges, and currently applies good design practice to build new businesses that venture beyond Porsche’s core.

 Previously, Gana established the user experience and interface design practice at Porsche and led the team behind the new 911 and groundbreaking Taycan cockpit. Throughout his 20-year career he has helped innovation teams at VW, Audi, and BMW to reimagine and design their future products and experiences.
