Carlos is a leadership, change, and organizational consultant who works internationally in multicultural environments as an executive and team coach. He advises and assesses individuals, top management teams, and boards.

A native from Buenos Aires, together with some colleagues he will curate a space at The Great Wave to share the leadership lessons he has learned from the Argentine Tango. Tango holds secrets to becoming a responsible and responsive leader: two-way communication, setting a clear direction, and building the foundation that allows intuition and innovation to flourish.

After more than a decade working on the hard side of business, he re-trained at INSEAD Business School and The Tavistock Clinic in organizational and human behavior. A psychoanalyst in training, he believes that accessing the unconscious unlocks individual, group, and societal potential.
